Hand-carved wood Spotted Flycatcher  (Muscicapa striata) made with reclaimed wood, using old nails for legs and beak. It sits upon a piece of driftwood found on the northern islands of the Netherlands. It is painted with a wash to replicate the birds natural colors. All birds are approximately life size. Figurine measures 14cm x 13cm x 21cm
